ONE (Oneness Non-dual Energy) is a method of connection to Source Unity, Oneness and transmission of raw kundalini (life force energy), that activates in a loving, grounded, safe and easy way your own body's natural ability to tap into expanded states of be-ing, alignment with your Soul's callings, gifts and passions.
Classes always start with a short breathwork session as well, to move down from the mind into the body and into higher awareness.
