ONE Class: Kundalini Activation & Breathwork by Alina
ONE (Oneness Non-Dual Energy) is a method developed by Alina Cristina, that combines a simple breathwork (that goes through all the chakras), with a longer Kundalini Activation class .
The Kundalini Activation part of the process is a transmission of raw kundalini (life force energy), that activates in a loving, grounded, safe and easy way your own body's natural ability to tap into expanded states of Be-ing, alignment with your Soul's callings, gifts and passions.
ONE Classes are designed to:
Connect you to higher consciousness, as well as to your inner source of wellbeing and higher love
Increases you intuition, so you can step into your power, speak your truth and set loving boundaries where needed
You might also feel that you're less attached to your thoughts, living life more in ease and flow
You are faced with your own Higher Self truth, in a gentle and loving way
