ONE (Oneness Non-Dual Energy) is a method developed by Alina Cristina, that combines deep breathwork (that goes through all the chakras), with a Kundalini Activation class .
By combining these 2 methods and techniques Alina has been trained in, the participants have a chance to go deeper into the process and experience lighter states of being at the end of the class. Basically, a complete reset.
The Kundalini Activation part of the process is a transmission of raw kundalini (life force energy), that activates in a loving, grounded, safe and easy way your own body's natural ability to tap into expanded states of Be-ing, alignment with your Soul's callings, gifts and passions.
