An Introduction to Sekhem Energy with Chan Cudennec:
Our day begins by entering the world of Sekhem, a heart-centred energy-healing system with roots associated with ancient Egyptian spiritual traditions.
Sekhem works with the concept of universal life-force energy and invites us into a deeper relationship with our own innate capacity for healing, balance and energetic awareness.
During this experiential introduction, Chan will guide you through the foundations of Sekhem and give you an opportunity not simply to learn about the practice, but to experience working with the energy yourself.
During the morning, you will:
✨ Learn about the principles and origins of Sekhem
✨ Explore the relationship between energy, healing and the Divine Feminine
✨ Receive a temporary Sekhem attunement for the day
✨ Experience working with and channeling energy
✨ Practice together with other participants in a safe, supportive environment

The experience also creates space for connecting with the nurturing and transformative qualities associated with Divine Feminine archetypes and Goddesses including Sekhmet, Kwan Yin, Kali and Morrigan.
Whether you already work with energy or this is completely new territory for you, you are welcome.
You don't need to know whether you want to become a healer.
Perhaps you are simply curious about what happens when you begin to awaken the healing intelligence within yourself.

This day is an introduction to Sekhem energy healing, rather than a full practitioner training.
For women who feel called to continue afterwards, there is a five-level pathway leading towards deeper Sekhem practice, mastery and teaching.
Sekhem Level 1 begins in December 2026.
There is no obligation to continue.
This day is simply an opportunity to experience the work for yourself first.

After our exploration of Sekhem, we turn from energetic healing towards inner listening and remembrance.
Alina will open the Akashic Records of the group and share the intuitive insights, collective themes and guidance that arise for the women gathered for this particular day.
The Akashic Records can be understood spiritually as a field or library of consciousness through which we seek deeper insight into the journey of the Soul, our purpose and the possible paths ahead.
For Alina, an Akashic Reading is ultimately an invitation to come home to yourself.
