  • Meditation to release ways in which we have been playing small as women and sabotaged our self worth & self confidence

  • Strengthening your self confidence & intuition as a woman: “Receiving Messages from your Heart” guided meditation & centering

    Your Authentic YOU in your Career Leadership & Business

    Day 2 Masterclass is a journey into :

    • How embodying our Divine Feminine nature can help us embody the inner leader and show up powerfully at work, in our teams and in our companies

    • Getting honest about your vision for success and how it feels to show up authentically at work + What impact you are able to create from that energy

    • The connection between Divine Feminine and abundance, as well as abundant living

    • “Embodying your Goddess in Business” guided meditation & centering

    • Day 3, May 5th 2023 Masterclass:

      Your Authentic YOU in relationship to your body, sensuality & Feminine Nature Cycles

    • Day 3 Masterclass is a journey into:

  • How one of the missing pieces to coming back to balance & health, has to do with the fact that we are cyclical beings, much like nature + the wisdom that each of that cycle carries

    1. How to honour our body, based on the feminine energy cycle and how to raise our levels of energy

    2. Practices to cultivate joy, sensuality and playfulness as women —> corresponding to the spring & summer season we are in

    3. “Connection to Mother Earth & Receiving Blessings of Infinite Growth & Abundance” guided meditation
